For next time: eliminate the chloriniated taste. Filter the water or used distilled and augment with a SLIGHT amount of gypsum.

Up the specialty malt profile big time - use more Victory. Perhaps add some Biscut or Special B to round out the flavor profile. Darken it up with some Chocolate malt (~3 oz). Up the mash temp to 156°F.
