Procedure
  • Single infusion mash at 158° for 60 minutes
  • Batch sparge with 4 gallons of 168° water
  • Boil 90 minutes, adding hops according to schedule
  • Cool wort to 75 degrees
  • Pitch yeast
Fermentation
Primary: 7 days @ 65° F
Secondary: 7 days @ 65° F
Age: 28 days @ 45° F
